As we rehearse the truth it becomes the population of our mind, and a loyal defender of our soul. It becomes the filter through which we interpret every victory and failure- neither letting us swell with pride nor drown in sorrow. It becomes a rock upon which we stand when the winds blow (Matthew 7:25) and a crown which we cast down when the fight is over (Revelation 4:10).

"Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners." Never has more glory been packed into so few words.

Sometimes we can be helped by reading the prayers of other's that give words to our hearts and help us to pray in faith. This was originally a pastoral prayer at our church, and the language has been individualized so that you can pray it yourself. May God hear and answer our every petition made in Jesus' name, according to His will.
